The 2014/15 Everton shirt is proving to be a hit with Evertonians, marking the club’s return to the Umbro brand as well as implementing the new Everton crest as voted for by the fans.
‘In 1924, the same year Umbro was founded, Everton won the ‘Barcelona Cup’ in Spain wearing royal blue shirts, white shorts and navy socks. Umbro has taken inspiration from this strip and used modern performance technology to create the new 2014/15 home kit.’
To give you a closer look at the shirt, we’ve asked Evertonian Amanda Holden to get it on exclusively for EAW? Amanda was one of the majority of Blues who favoured Crest A during last year’s crest vote. She has also shown great support for Everton In The Community over the years, getting involved in a number of their campaigns. The charity raised over £1million last year following their silver jubilee.
