    Right....I'm a 46 yr old Geek. Been into Doctor Who since i was about four and love 60's British shows (The Avengers et al).

    The Sopranos and The Wire, as others have said, are superb.

    Comedy wise, it's Python.

    Has anyone seen the new series The Blacklist. I have put it on series record as James Spader is normally in decent things (of what I have seen) but not got round to watching any of it yet.
